Why your clients need it on the day

You build a good plan before the trip. Then the park changes it, every day. Every figure here comes from our own records of Walt Disney World.

About 22

Attractions down on a typical day

Across the four parks, about 22 attractions go down for 10 minutes or more on a typical day. The fewest we saw was 13.

50 of 50

Days a headliner went down

At least one headliner went down on every day we counted. Test Track went down on 47 of those 50 days, Slinky Dog Dash on 45.

46 min

A typical outage

Half of outages last longer than 46 minutes. That's long enough to give up on a ride that comes back an hour later.

79%

Forecasts within 10 minutes

Since June, 79% of hourly wait forecasts landed within 10 minutes of the real wait. How our forecasts work

About 20 min

Saved by the last hour

Saving one ride for the hour before close saved about 20 minutes of posted wait per day, in replays of 60 real park days.

About 22 min

Saved on a party night

On a Halloween party night, holding the right rides for after 7 PM saved about 22 minutes on a five-ride day, in replays of 11 party nights.

  • A ride goes down: your client gets an alert the moment it reopens, instead of giving up on it.
  • A wait jumps: they see what's short right now and how the rest of the plan shifts around it.
  • The plan adapts: the day you planned together has room to adjust for a breakdown, a storm or a long line.

Downtime counts: MagiPulse's ride-status records for Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, August 31 to October 20, 2026 (50 days); "down" means reported down for 10 minutes or more, not scheduled closures or refurbishments. Forecasts: 72,143 hourly forecasts, June 20 to October 21, 2026. Time saved is posted-wait minutes in replays of real days, not a promise for any one trip.

Quick answers

The questions clients ask most, in a sentence or two each.

Does MagiPulse replace the My Disney Experience app?

No. Clients still use Disney's app for tickets, park reservations, dining and Lightning Lane bookings. MagiPulse helps them decide what to do next and when.

Does it book Lightning Lane?

No. It shows each ride's Lightning Lane status and when it usually sells out, so clients know how early to book in Disney's app.

Are the wait predictions guaranteed?

No. Live waits update from the parks every two minutes. Predictions are estimates from past waits and today's conditions.

Which Pro option fits a vacation?

The two-week pass ($4.99) covers a typical trip and doesn't renew. The annual plan ($24.99) suits annual passholders and repeat visitors.

When should clients install it?

A few days before the trip, so they can sign in, set up a day plan and watch a video or two.

What happens when a ride breaks down or a storm rolls in?

Clients can get an alert the moment a ride reopens. The day planner keeps outdoor rides out of the hottest and stormiest hours, and official National Weather Service warnings appear in the app.

Does it work on Apple Watch? On Android?

Yes to Apple Watch: a watch app plus watch-face shortcuts showing the shortest waits. It's iPhone-only for now.

Which parks does it cover?

All four Walt Disney World parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.

Where does a client enter my advisor code?

Signed in, on Profile, then Upgrade to Pro, under "Have an advisor code?" (older versions of the app say "affiliate code"). It has to be entered before they buy Pro.

My client already bought Pro once. Do I earn a fee if they enter my code now?

No. The fee is for a client's first paid Pro purchase ever. If they bought a pass last year without a code, then enter yours and buy again, that purchase doesn't qualify. Codes are best shared before a client's first trip with MagiPulse.

My client bought the two-week pass, then upgraded to the annual plan. Do I earn twice?

No. You earn once, for the first purchase: $0.50 for the pass. Had they bought the annual plan first, you'd earn $3.00. Recommend the plan that fits the trip. If a client will want a year anyway, suggest they start with the annual plan.

My client got a free pass with a promotional code. Does that count?

A free pass earns no fee, because nothing was bought. It also doesn't use up the client's first purchase: if they later buy Pro with your code entered, that purchase earns your fee as usual. The code box is hidden while a pass is running, so ask them to enter your code before they redeem it.
